A small urban oasis is coming soon to Sylmar, California. I designed this California Native Plants Garden for the Tia Chucha's Centro Cultural & Bookstore many months ago. We've had some bumps in the road, but I'm happy to announce our community-built garden is nearly ready to go! (More pics soon)

Hi Michele

So sorry I missed this opportunity to get my hands dirty again and plant some sh**!

Hope to hear from you soon so we can catch up!

Hey, all. I'm so glad to be part of the Permaculture family. Missing your good company, already. I wanted to share a current project, almost complete after a very long gestation period (see pix). I've gotten a chance to invite some of you to come and get your hands in our Los Angeles soil (i.e. "Let's plant some sh**!" ). I wanted to extend the invite to all -- If you plan to be in the Sylmar area in early November, please give a shout out. I'll send you the details re: planting days. Of course, we also welcome your good vibes coming to us from afar. These will make the work lighter. Cheers, Mm
